Potential **** / *****
Paid for a stove. It was never delivered and also no communication regarding refund. Not answering calls or emails. Went completely dark. Google says "Temporarily Closed". This was 2 months ago. Contacted competitor and was advised to report to SAPS, as Premier Gas has falsely used their physical address.

Great company
I have been a client of premier gas for a long time. Recently I waited over a month for my order. This time their communication was not great. However at the end the owner delivered my bottle of gas and explained the circumstances. Great company with an amazing online system. Thanks Zaahir

Great company
I have been a client of premier gas for a long time. Recently I waited over a month for my order. This time their communication was not great. However at the end the owner delivered my bottle of gas and explained the circumstances. Great company with an amazing online system. Thanks Zaahir

****...and a shockingly bad experience
Awful, shocking and a ****. Paid for a gas refill on 12/12/23 and was pushed to show proof of payment, which I duly did. Was told that the truck was on its way to deliver but then it "broke down" and didn't hear back from them. Called, texted and emailed but no response. Eventually was told that there is a scarcity of gas in the region and they are struggling to get a supply. Then out of necessity, contacted a competitor (Kepu) who delivered within 24 hours. Still not hear from Premier Gas. Please avoid at all costs !!

Do not use this company!
Placed and order (19th Oct) and never received it. Got told I would be refunded (10th Nov), but after many calls and empty promises still no refund received. Currently not sure if this is a real company as they are unwilling to provide basic information such as location. Avoid at all costs!

Do not use this company!
Placed and order (19th Oct) and never received it. Got told I would be refunded (10th Nov), but after many calls and empty promises still no refund received. Currently not sure if this is a real company as they are unwilling to provide basic information such as location. Avoid at all costs!

Unreliable
Googled gas deliveries in Somerset West and this company came up. I placed an order on 1st of October, they be took 5 days to tell me they don’t deliver in Somerset West. Was promised a refund but 5 days later there has been nothing. Very poor communication and they don’t keep to their word

Unreliable
Googled gas deliveries in Somerset West and this company came up. I placed an order on 1st of October, they be took 5 days to tell me they don’t deliver in Somerset West. Was promised a refund but 5 days later there has been nothing. Very poor communication and they don’t keep to their word

Lack of communication and service (no product delivery)
We are struggling to get a hold of someone at Premier Gas. We paid for a product three weeks ago and still have not received it. They dodge our calls and keep saying they'll help us soon. Not acceptable. Either provide the product or refund our money.

Zero Customer Service - Zero Refund
Has this company closed its doors? Would not be surprised. Appalling communications & customer service. They owe us a refund & fail to communicate in any way. You cannot reach them by phone, they do not respond to emails & their WhatsApp is no longer in use.
