Fraudstars

I've ordered hair from this company premium original virgin hair in Johannesburg on the 23rd of October and i made payments into their nedbank account on the 24th of October an amount of R38000. They confirmed that they received payment and i can expect my delivery in 3-5 business working days. Their turnaround time passed i kept on checking up on my orde they told me that they have backlog lot of order n didnt even apologized for keeping me waiting with no communication. Up until last week Tuesday when i told them that i want my money back they requested for my banking details n told me that the finance lady will only be in on friday so turn around time for refund is 3 business working days from that Friday. I asked them why becouse from my understanding turn around time starts from day of receiving my banking details they ignored my chat. Today i sent them a message again asking when am i getting my refund they ignored me up until now. Tried calling their numbers they are not going through. Please help expose this fraudstars
