I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with the service provided by a company that has genuinely impressed me over the years. For the past five years, I have been consistently impressed with their prompt responses and the user-friendly online system they offer. This system has been a boon, enabling me to monitor when tenants purchase tokens and effortlessly pull up necessary reports, which has streamlined my property management considerably. However, it was in December of last year that the company's commitment to outstanding service truly shone. Two of my meters malfunctioned simultaneously, and the team's response was nothing short of swift and effective. They were determined to troubleshoot the issue, demonstrating their willingness to incur extra costs by calling back whenever the phone connection was lost—a testament to their sincere dedication to resolving customer issues. Despite a clerical error found in my 2018 application form, that I had subscribed for maintenance but wasn't charged for it, the company's management, stepped in to rectify the situation. They replaced both batteries free of charge. Two days ago, the meters encountered issues once more. True to form, Enbaya's response was prompt and efficient. They identified the meters as legacy units requiring replacement and arranged for a plumber to visit early in the morning, minimising inconvenience for our tenant and swiftly restoring their water supply. Enbaya exemplifies stellar customer relationship management. Their approach is caring and their solutions are effective I am profoundly grateful to have chosen to work with them and firmly believe that their dedication to customer satisfaction is a model for others to follow. irrespective of your power usage ie. stove, geyser or wheter you are 1 or 10 people in a unit power by prepaidmeters, they will tak off anything between 17-30 unts daily. Their troublingshooting is always to their benefit never yours, they do not care or hear your issues. They have a call out of +-700 to be paid before they bother to check your unit, I have been using a gas stove for months now , no difference made to usage, its hot showers are with cooler water no difference made. I spent an entire weekend alone not cooking, same consupmtion reading. I will report them to Consumer council again.

worst place to deal with - never receive my token every time I recharge even though they have my cell number saved on record, I always have to call in for my token , spend my airtime. Every time I tell them about the unit giving me issues no effort made to send a technician in. I'm constantly buying electricity whether I do large values or small values, total rip-off

I would like to commend Lucas for his patience with me and for helping me change certain things on my accounts as I find often the email's I send to support are not always read properly and sent to the correct people and actioned quick enough BUT Lucas was amazing he spent 35 minutes on the phone with me and completely understood what I needed done and changed. I have 3 properties (one which has 4 meters) and each one is different). I would also like to mention that Reagan was also a great help and he understood like Lucas from the get go what I needed doing and actioned it. Thank you both so much for being on my wavelength and getting done what I needed to have done. Also just a quick mention about Anette who has also given me excellent service, She is on the ball. I had a problem last week as my tenant purchased a voucher and as soon as she loaded it the electricity when off. Last night the same situsation again. my new tenant purchased a voucher as nd again when he loaded it the meter swich off. I had a look at my account and saw that he did purchase for the corect meter. I called several times last night but the issue was not resoved. I phoned out about R80 of airtime. This is extremely embasiing as it a new tenant. The operator told my tenant to take a video of him punching in the numbers. Nobody got back to me and he is sitting in the dark.

Please advise the company in terms of the Prepaid rates, it works very with regard to unit prices as we are charged unfairly, the more we buy electricity the lesser units we get, it's very frustrating, instead of being charged lesser for buying more electricity

Good Day. I have prepaid water meters at my property. I been buying tokens but receiving the water pass 3 Day been callings call center. They don't care. I been requesting for an technician. No technician had come yet I have been paying maintenance plan on . This afternoon service you get from prepaid meters Tomorrow is my Eid celebration. Can we have technician at 42 Spencer Road. Hello. Just want to warn people about prepaidmeters.co.za. Don't use them!!! Their sales service is great, but their after sales service is terrible. You struggle to get anyone on the line, and when you do, they don't know what they talking about. Rather use someone else. There a quite a few around.
