Decent people indeed.

Got some money with these guys. I had made a administrative mistake and needed them to create a new investment. I note the closing balance and carry on. Come to the new account, 2 months later, and the shares that were transferred came in at a better rate (possibly a spot rate on the day). I scored! My point is that they didn't need to do that. I wouldn't have had any idea. I made the mistake and they didn't slap me with penalties or extra admin fees. They were honest and I really like honest companies.
