Yho, what a terrible laundry service.

The staff is rude - absolutely no customer service. Their number doesn’t work - at all. How do you run a business where customers can’t contact you???? This is ridiculous. I don’t even know the status of my laundry - can I fetch it or not.

I honestly wish nothing good for this business if it doesn’t improve its ways. I’ve been to other Pressed In Time laundries in JHB and they are so much better than this nonsense.

The staff is slow - they drag their feet and don’t even write the correct information for customers. They write information on a piece of paper.

Just *******. Never taking my things here again.
