Super Service from PressPay Tech
I am very impressed with the service I received from Mr Jerome Njokweni and PressPlay Tech. It was the first time I purchased online from them and what an impression they have made on me. And that impression is lasting! I bought an adapter from PressPlay Tech and when it arrived, I found it to be faulty. I contacted Mr Jerome Njokweni and he sent me video clips of one that is working. He then offered to send me this particular one with overnight door to door courier at no extra cost. When it arrived within 24 hours, I received not only one, but two and both worked perfectly. I am so impressed. Thank you Mr Jerome Njokweni. PressPlay Tech certainly comes highly recommended!

bad attitude and non refund
i went to return a mouse to the value of R190, that i bought as a gift. The mouse didn't work on their computer so wanted to make an exchange. Before i could talk the man got rude and said must i take this back(shouting). He insisted that he would not refund us nor make an exchange. He kept on talking over me and wouldn't listen to what i had to say. When i responded with the same attitude he shouted louder and chased me out their shop. <br> please help
