I am Gugulethu Nene and I am stucked between Old Mutual Insure and Prestige Auto Ballito panel beater (2 Gumede Drive, Ballitos). They both refuse to give me a hired car. Prestige Auto Ballito left a dent on my Ford Ranger when they were fixing it and one door that they were fixing can not be opened. Now I am suppose to take the double cab back to them again, the insurance is refusing to give me the car for second time saying that I took the car for 30 days and that what I paid for and when I checked my Bidvest invoice I only took the car for only 21 days. They Insure gave me the number for EFS to ask for an extension 0861055503 and this number is not working. On the other hand Prestige Auto Ballito is also refusing to give me the hired car saying that Insurance must do it. I am really not pleased with the service for Prestige Auto Ballito as well as the Old Mutual Insure . I have called both of them for several times and I am very much frustrated. I am looking for some help, should I continue with this insurance or must I cancel it.
