Coffee gone bad

I have sent in three machines for repairs and 2 machines came back with no repairs done and in worse condition than it left. There was loose *****s in the grinder and rotten coffee in side the machine and the machines was still broken. After confrontation with the owner he made me out a ****. He still haven’t returned my third machine. Absolutely terrible service and i would not even let him touch any machine of mine or anybody i know.
