Be very cautious and carefull

Sales person said that the car have a full service history . Received the car without service history. Speedo did not work . Back tyres must be replaced . Back shocks must be replaced . Front brake pads and brake disk must be replaced . No sparekey . How did they get this car through the roadworty test ?
