Will tell parents not to do any orders

Made payment them for R103-00 and Payfast seemingly had a glitch. They keep telling me to call Payfast, but Payfast say they cannot talk to me; hence I am not the client. I sent them proof of payment. But they are reluctant to call Payfast to fast track the payment. Pathetic.
