Amazing Customer Service
Had a problem in phoning PT on a payment problem. Sent them a email complaining about the lack of no answer. Received a call from Mrs Vaderman within the hour apologising about switchboard delay. This is service at another level. Well done PT, never expected an apologising phone call. Simply the best, congrats to the team.

I am highly disgusted!! Pretorium trust shares my personal information with other insurance companies!! I have a personal number that is not listed anywhere and I dont give it to anyone except my closest family members and friends. I have also never received any company calls or anything on it because I dont give it to anyone. On Friday (9 May) I phone pretorium trust from this number to lodge a claim after some of our stuff was ******, and she can read my number on her system. She asks me if she can phone me back on this number to save my airtime and I say yes. And NOW on Monday, I am receiving SPAM calls from other insurers like OLD MUTUAL who I DID NOT GIVE MY NUMBER to!!!! So they share your private contact details without your knowledge! Disgusting! What is the point of having a private cellphone number if companies sell it to everyone! Sies Pretorium trust!! I expected better of you!!

Best buy aid!
I've been a satisfied member since 1992 and have always had a positive experience. My Pretorium Trust membership lowers my Santam insurance premiums and contributes to my annual 4% bonus. Plus, with widespread acceptance at my regular shops, it's a fantastic way to save for Christmas.

EXTREAMLY BAD POOR RIPOFF SERVICE
Actually -1, extremely poor service. They send you card that does not last more than 3 months so you have to pay for a new card, that will only work 3 months max, 3rd card this and year again it is faulty, error message as store "card expired" but date on card is 2025! they make you pay for their faulty cards this is how they make more money out of people! This was not the fault at just one store! The card refused to work! 3rd card this year now we have to at for them to maybe send a new card this month AT OUR COST!!!!!! EXTREAMLY BAD POOR RIPOFF SERVICE

Poor and pathetic service from the Santam Insurance Division at Pretorium Trust
I have reported my insurance claim with the Santam Insurance Division at Pretorium Trust on 11 March 2024 (claim number 300874739). I was then requested to obtain a quote for the 2 broken windows after a hail storm. I submitted the requested quote on 15 March 2024. I continuesly followed up and the claim was finally approved on 25 March 2024. Up to date no payment has been recieved after recieving a lot of empty promises made by the Santam Insurance Division at Pretorium Trust. I regard this as poor and pathetic service to say the least! It is raining again and I am still not able to repair the broken windows and it is a security risk!
