PRIDE FLOORING - terrible workmanship, no customer service

Floors installed by Pride Flooring March 2017. Virtually every end of stairs is cracked, jagged, lifting, edging with broken area's. Really poor product - not clear that this was the original product installed and paid for.

Per the website of the manufacturer: https://www.swisskrono.pl/en/platinium/Advices/Warranty "Depending on the class of resistance to abrasion “AC” (EN 13329) the warranty period from the date of purchase is as follows:

AC3 floor panels - 10 years in residential premises; AC4 floor panels - in residential premises 15 years (PLATINIUM floors - 20 years), public premises - 5 years; AC5 floor panels - in residential premises 30 years; public premises - 8 years."

Multiple attempts at having this rectified were flat out ignored.

Poor workmanship, possibly fraudulent sale of an inferior product, non-existent customer service.

Avoid this company if these kinds of things matter to you.
