They continued until the matter was resolved. Much appreciated.
I have dealt with them for many years. They are always friendly and helpful! I asked them to come out again today as a previous call out had n ot solved the problem. Ryan and Dean were here. They continued until the matter was resolved. Much appreciated.

Pride Pools Sea Point - Rip-off artists and pathetic customer service
Clients are forced to pay an upfront call out fee. Pride Pool Sea Point call out team visits your house and does nothing other than a visual inspection which is not what I was told by their office. They also promise a detailed report which I haven't received in over 3 weeks. I asked for a refund and was met with a rude store manager who refused any refund and insisted that a report had been sent. As no water sample had been taken, it is impossible for the water to have been tested and therefore the manager simply lied but tries to bully you with a rude and dismissive attitude. Dealing with Pride Pools Sea Point will take your cash and leave you without any information.
