Disgusted by the lack of customer care!
I am at the point of tears. The scooter we bought from Prima Care is not working and it's my son's only form of independent mobility!!! He is STUCK IN bed! The remote reception lady is useless and only says she will pass on messages, she sounds defeated. No replies to any emails. I will keep posting negative reviews on all platforms until I get a response.

No service
This should be zero stars. I have been trying to rent a wheelchair for my mom since last week. They take your name and number and a salesman will get back to you ..............which they never do. Everytime I phone, "I will get a salesman to phone you". That's not service.

Primacare, sadly not even worth one star.
For several years we rented a hospital bed from Primacare, paying close to R100,000 in rental costs. We have since bought the bed to save ongoing rental costs. The battery is no longer able to power the bed during loadshedding, a critical problem when caring for a paralyzed and bedridden patient. However, contacting Primacare has proven impossible, they don't reply to emails, nor do they respond to phone messages. One almost gets the impression they've gone out of business as no active company in the care sector would treat it's customers like this.

Primacare - deposit refund??
Zero stars. Wheelchair rental returned in July 2024 and still waiting for refund of the deposit. Don't recommend using this company. They don't answer emails or the phone. Shop closed in Northgate Cape Town since August 2024.

Primacare Brooklyn absolute 50 stars
Although they could not help me with what I was looking for. Primacare in Brooklyn. Larry guided me to people that could possibly assist me. Truly above and beyond service. Thank you Larry for your kind and extremely speedy response. Was having a terrible start to the day, and you just made me feel so much better. If I could vote 50 stars, I would.

Although they could not help me with what I was looking for. Primacare in Brooklyn. Larry guided me to people that could possibly assist me. Truly above and beyond service. Homecare Bed
I am very disappointed. And that is with myself, I should have bought this home care bed, Avante Smart flex 3, a long time ago. Thanks for your advise and support and the info from your Website, It is an excellent product of high quality. My wife enjoy the comfort and independency of adjusting the bed to her needs and comfort. We as family appreciate the height adjustment to take care of her, my back feel so much better after taking care of her. Thanks a lot

Prima medical equipment sharks
For going on 3years ive battled getting resolved why after my stroke that left me left side paralyzed my wheelchair has not been supplied by primacare cpt. Discovery after numerous post and mails eventually confirmed funds were avail and aooroved as per pmb prima nevee submitted an invoiceto finalize claim. 3years later and mails prima still ignores me.even been on email told by prima edenvale gauteng that mails are sent to head office. As per mail. Prima says discovery never paid. Discovery says no invoice and here i am still in need
