Misleading business practices

I received a quotation for guttering and facia boards. I paid a deposit but five weeks later Prime Waterproofing and Guttering were unable to give me an installation date. They agreed to return my deposit of R1500 , however this was not done either. After several communications including WhatsApp and an email, promises of returning my deposit were still not fulfilled. Anthony the director does not answer my WhatsApp messages or calls. I would not recommend this company.
