Prime Group Seamless Gutters

Prime Group Gutters, seem to use a third party to do their installations. We had gutters installed, which were okay, not professionally installed at all, but work fairly. The REAL LETDOWN was the owner's after-sales service. Completely unresponsive and unhelpful when an issue arose just to come out and add another gutter - ONE GUTTER!!. Wouldn't recommend due to lack of support and completely ignoring my calls and Whatsapp messages, I feel like a fool begging for them to get back to me. They really don't want the small jobs. :( very very disheartening and unimpressed with their attitude.
