On Sat 16/5/2020, I went to this dealer as I stay a couple blocks away. It was not open yet so I called the emergency number on the door. The guy replied via sms that he was on his way. While waiting, the one black workshop guy arrived. I spoke to him about my bike's chain that needed tensioning as its come off twice in as many days. He said "Luis" will open now and can sort it pout quick. But my brakes are bad/finished. All good. Then the guy arrived. He opened the big doors. Said YES and stood with his hands in his pockets and starred straight ahead into street. Not moving as I moved towards my bike to explain or look at me. He said, JUST give me time to open the shop properly??? 20 min later comes out saying, firstly, my workshop is not open. Its closed today, ok, it is closed. The guy you spoke to outside, I had to call him in here for you and this doesn't pay me to let him work on your bike. (no idea where that came from as I met the mechanic outside and had a brief discussion with him). Then says to me when you gonna bring your bike in? (very arrogantly) I said how much for the chain replacement and brakes? (as the workshop mechanic said the brakes were metal to metal). He says the chain, (after thinking and changing from R350) is R380. The brakes R380 but I dont know if I have stock. Then says plus labour. I said how much for the labour. Then raises his voice, I DONT KNOW IF I HAVE THE BRAKES. MY WORKSHOP IS CLOSED. I said geez, climbed on my bike and left. Firstly, he keeps me waiting 20 min to return and tell me HIS workshop is closed then speaks to me like ****. Is this warranted cause I dont have an expensive bike and he wouldn't make thousands off me and that he felt he can talk down to me??? Never will I walk into that dealership again. Cannot believe he sells the brand Kawasaki and treats customers like this.
