Engraver the pits

I instructed Magic Print to do engraving on an item of mine to be used at my wedding. After giving the owner,Marshall, very Specific details on exactly what I want as well as what I do not want, he then:

1) Delayed the deadline with 3 days.

2) Disregarded my instructions and engraved his suggestions on my item

Even though Magic Print refunded the money I paid for the services, my item was ruined and I was unable to use it on my wedding day. I then requested that Magic Print replace the damaged item. Marchell agreed on the condition that he then wanted the damaged item (which i agreed to), but then I still need to pay for the engraving on the new one. Im happy to pay for engraving, but at another bussines as I have no faith in their skills and capabilities. So all I want is for him to simply replace my item, which he ruined, keep the old one and I'll find someone else to do it for me. He however refused to do that and still demanded to do bussines with me. Not once have I even received an appology from him. Instead he shouted and screamed at me then put the phone down.
