This a place that offers incredibly bad service and very questionable quality. Worst of all, however, is how often and blatantly they will lie to you. This is a very saturated market, there is no need to use this awful business

This business, Print 24 in Umhlanga, has really left me in the lurch. We have been waiting over two years for them to resolve the outstanding amount of money they owe us. I prepaid them for a print run of 1000 books which were never supp****. This due to cash flow issues, broken equipment, broken cars, floods, COVID and endless other reasons/excuses. The manager/owner Jay and his father Hugh have confirmed in writing and endless WhatsApp conversations that they acknowledge their debt to me but are yet to repay me. I have accepted endless excuses and delays but have now run out of patience. They owe me R31500.00 ( plus interest) and I think the only other thing I can do is take them to court. I have tried to contact them repeatedly to settle this amicably but theyl arealways " in a meeting" or does not respond to my messages. I am very unhappy with the way I have been treated by this company.

I paid Print 24 in full for a brochure that I needed for an event my church was having. This brochure was an integral part of our event, in fact the success of the event hinged on the info we provided in the booklet. They delivered less than half the order 2 days before the event, but failed to inform me that they did not fullfill the quantity we paid for. Had I not counted, I would not have known. The booklets they did provide were damaged, done in incorrect colouring and of a poor quality(smudges). I spent the next 2 days pleading with them to honour the job we paid for. The excuses were too many: they had a problem with the printer, they did not have enough paper to complete the order, they couldn’t get a technician out to fix the printer). I pleaded with the person I think is the owner, because they have given me incorrect information as to who the owner is. He made me believe that he was going to go in himself to get the job done, then told me that there was an electrical problem with the building, of which I found out was a lie(the security guards had no knowledge of a power failure). This story is long and very painful….i never got the order, I’ve been trying for 3 and a half months to get a refund with no avail. They eventually responded to a email to tell me that they are having “financial” restructuring so they will not be able to pay us in full but with pay the Regina in 4 instalments. I’m still waiting for a payment schedule, of which I’ve asked several times for. Messages are no longer going through on Wats App and they do not respond to emails. We paid them a large amount of money, this was an order for a religious organization, this company’s business ethics are very poor. My only regret is that I did not read all the other reviews of this company befor I used them, because they are very poor. I’m now in a situation where I may never get the refund.

Print24 Speed Printing / Ctrl P Speed Printing / Speed Printing - these companies are ****mers! In 2021 my company was ****med of R32000 by Print24 Speed Printing for banners which never arrived. They didn't even blink when I asked for a refund. Four years later and I get an advert from Ctrl P Speed Printing - and it's the same people. SAME AS PRINT24! They have no shame advertising to a company they ****med of R32K! Sies!!!

Absolutely horrible service. I have never been so disappointed with a service before. It’s unbelievable. I ordered 20 booklets in the styles of a magazine, and they requested payment immediately before starting work. Which I had done and they approved. They then disappeared, did not respond to emails promptly or at all, we drove to the umhlanga branch which had conveniently been closed down. Then tried called their number multiple times to no answer, when we finally did get ahold of them, we were told that they hadn’t even begun printing, and they were being shady and not telling us where they moved their branch too. After telling them that their behaviour and service was not on, they then said that it will be delivered in the morning. It was delivered with torn pages, and blank pages. Absolute rogues to have dealt with. Do not use this service.

Extremely Disappointed with Print 24's Service I had an awful experience with Print 24 this Christmas. I contacted them on December 18th to confirm whether an order would arrive in time if placed before Christmas. Grant assured me it would. I placed and paid for my order on December 19th, opting for the extra-cost "Speedy Print" service. The order was supposed to be delivered on December 23rd but wasn’t even ready for the courier to collect on time. It was eventually collected on December 24th, making Christmas delivery impossible. I repeatedly followed up with their agents, Logan and Grant, who either misled me, shifted blame to the courier, or outright ignored my messages. The gift was meant to go to Canada with my sister on December 27th, but their broken promises left me empty-handed and heartbroken during what should have been a joyous time. Their failures caused immense stress and ruined my Christmas. Despite paying for priority service, they failed to deliver on every promise. I cannot recommend Print 24 and would urge others to look elsewhere for reliable printing services.
