I had a telephonic conversation with a very rude lady. I do not know the ins and outs of printers and she was not keen at all to assist in answering my simple questions. In addition, she got my printer number wrong that I said over the telephone and sent me to the wrong page on their website. The result is a near R1700 loss for me. Really a terrible experience.

Other sites prompt you, that they do not have a particular item, in stock. Not Printerland website. They take your money on 20250120 and sent you an email that they will only have stock 20250131. The lady I spoke to Fiona is so rude, Fiona please refrain from speaking to customers.

I have the proof of purchase showing that we bought the printer from Printerland, as well as proof that the software does not support PCL5. Please provide me with access so I can upload the proof. We are an international company that will not tolerate Printerland lying and saying that we do not have proof, because in fact we do have proof.

We purchased a Phantum 3500DN printer from Printerland. The specifications on Printerland's website stated that the printer supports PCL 5. However, we encountered a problem as the printer does not support PCL 5 format according to the software that supports it. We contacted Printerland to return the printer since it is still brand new. However, Printerland refused to take the printer back, stating that it had been taken out of the box, so they would not accept the return. The fact that Printerland advertised the printer incorrectly and refuses to take it back is actually a violation of consumer law. I advise against buying from this company as they provide false information about their products.

Bought a printer is September this year. While it was a mission for me to find the exact one I wanted, the folks over at Printerland gave amazing service via email. Props to Fiona for the back and forth to update me on the status of the printer availability.
