Printex uses and unreliable courier company Nuclear Logistic to deliver very time sensitive packages. When they are not delivered> Printex agents helplessly throw their hands in the air and say "we are at the mercy of the courier company" How pitiful considering that my fee included delivery so this is not a favour.

Don't use this company. What should have been a simple online order finally arrived after 2 weeks, not even close what I ordered, with part of the first letter on the sticker being cut off, no packaging for shipping so it was damaged in transit, no communication at all. Only way I got an update was to phone and ask.

Placed an online order for a split canvas on the 13th of July. Till this day no feedback on order status. The phone is never answered, the WhatsApp's are never answered, the emails are never answered. Very poor customer service, I regret placing this order with these people. Very disappointed. I'm starting to wonder if will ever receive this item.

Placed an online order for a split canvas on the 13th of July. Till this day no feedback on order status. The phone is never answered, the WhatsApp's are never answered, the emails are never answered. Very poor customer service, I regret placing this order with these people. Very disappointed. I'm starting to wonder if will ever receive this item.

I placed and paid for an online order for Ncr books on the 7th of June 2022. Delivery was set for the 22nd of the same month. Today it's the 27th of July I still haven't received my books. Towards the end of June I contacted them and they told me they had a backlog in production due to loadshedding and they requested a further 7 working days. They have been quiet ever since. Today I tried calling and their calls are not going trough. The only communication available is the online chat which hasn't been helpful thus far. No update no apology just complete silence.
