I've had a really disappointing experience with Printulu. While my first order was just okay, the second and third orders were a complete letdown. I'll admit fault for the second order's delay since I didn't realize Midstream fell under Pretoria and not Midrand. However, the third time was completely unacceptable. I requested a custom quotation and specifically requested that the cards be ready by a certain date. I paid almost immediately after receiving the quote to avoid delays, and they were only delivered the day after my deadline, just before the close of business. The quality of the business cards was EXTREMELY poor; they were cut to the wrong size, and the borders were very off; some were scratched, and others were severely damaged. Now I'm sitting with 250 business cards I can't give to my client. Overall, I can't recommend this company and suggest looking for more reliable options elsewhere.

I paid extra for Printulu's "rapid service" to guarantee delivery by 27 June for an event on the 28th — but the order arrived late and in unacceptable condition. I paid R400 extra on a R600 order for urgent delivery, yet when I followed up why I hadn't recieved it on 27th I was told it wouldn’t arrive on time. I had to insist it be sent via Uber. When the bookmarks finally arrived, they were poorly produced: The print was visibly misaligned and cut off, despite perfectly centered artwork. The print quality was poor — not sharp or clear. Not only was there no will from their side to meet their rapid delivery promise , the bookmarks did not adhere to my artwork, and the final print quality was far below acceptable standards. Despite reaching out and providing photographic evidence, I received no response. I will continue escalating until this is resolved. Avoid Printulu if you need reliability, quality, or accountability.

After receiving calls from Printulu offering us a reseller account and asking for another chance, we placed a new order with them. I ordered a batch of booklets, only to receive them with very noticeable marks on both the front and back covers. This is clearly the result of poor quality control, and these should have been rejected internally before they reached me. Initially, Printulu acknowledged the issue and promised a reprint. However, they later decided to condition this reprint on me returning the faulty books first. This is completely unacceptable, especially for resellers. They clearly do not understand the importance of time-sensitive orders. Asking me to return damaged goods that were entirely their fault is both unprofessional and ridiculous. Their service has been nothing short of a disaster. From poor communication to unacceptable demands, this company should be embarrassed. If you are considering using Printulu, think again – they clearly don't prioritise their clients or quality. Avoid at all costs!

This service provider does not provide print proofs, which are crucial for identifying potential issues before printing. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting my refund despite assurances every week that it will be processed by Friday. Still nothing! I need my refund!!

Already reviewed them on Google because I didn't see that they've got a HelloPeter page. So I'll just copy and paste that review here. Good thing I didn't read the bad reviews before ordering, otherwise I might have missed out. We needed professional quality brochures printed: 2000 of them and on a tight deadline. I first had a couple of them printed and delivered for a physical proof of concept and then ordered the remaining 2000. With regards to the quality, it was perfect and we received numerous compliments on how good and professional the brochures were. Sure, a lot of that praise is probably intended for the designer, but the quality of the brochure self also played a role. With regards to the service, the people actually respond to emails within an hour. I was kept in the loop most of the time and the brochures arrived on the promised delivery date. They even threw in some free lamination for the brochure covers. Over the past 2 months we've been dealing with various printing companies from business cards, t-shirts, banners, water bottles, flags and then these brochures (all done by different companies) and this was the best company we've dealt with. Will use them again next year when we maybe do this all again.
