I apologise for the negative rating. With my email bouncing to spam and my order's payment getting lost in cyber space - my order did arrive and I am extremely happy with my order. Scammed by PrintWild
I'm sad to say that they have scammed me. I placed an order online and paid using a credit card. I have a reference but when I ask about my order, I am totally ignored. I went onto the website and asked the chatbot how long delivery takes, their response a few days. I have been waiting almost a month. When I queried my order with the chatbot, once again - total silence. I'm highly disappointed as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

They really go the extra mile.
The most friendly staff by far and very willing to help with any issues you might have. I printed a presentation for my architecture final exam here and they were the only place able to get my prints done on a Sunday and at the best quality I've seen in my 3 years of studying.... Can't say enough good about these guys

Awesome Customer Experience
This is some of the best Customer Service I have ever received from a company. The fact that they introduce the entire team via the photographs in their email is awesome. That, and the email updates they send, make me feel like my business really matters to their company. I am extremely impressed and will recommend them to everyone I know.
