Outstanding balance

Re: Outstanding Balance and Finalized Documents from PFA

I am writing to follow up on my case and express my frustration with the lack of communication from PSSPF. I emailed my finalized documents from the Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator (PFA) to PSSPF as requested, but I have not received any feedback or update on the status of my outstanding balance.

I urge you to investigate and provide me with a clear explanation of the delay. I request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter and provide me with a timeline for payment of my outstanding balance.

I am disappointed with the service I have received from PSSPF and hope that this matter can be resolved promptly.
