Trouble with psspf

Psspf doesnt respond to concerns or complaints ive been struggling for 2 weeks now still nothing and i see the same thing with other members of the fund its easy for them to take the monthly fee but when claiming its a whole diffrent story is there someone out there that can assist with this problem please The whatsapp portal only tells u they will call but now for 2 weeks ive been told they will call but till date no calls
