Disgusted to say the least DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM! Very very sly and *********** people!! They do not own up to their mistakes and make you pay for it! I've been waiting for my refund for 14 working days (advised that it would be 5-7 business days...) now and no one can help me. Oh and don't trust the info on the quote, it will be wrong...even if you requested 4 times. Still waitng in 2025.... I'll keep reposting till I'm refunded

****mers!!! Paid 50% deposit as required to secure moving date. On the day of pick up, they never showed and we literally had to beg for communication. They rescheduled for the Saturday but never showed up and no longer responding to messages. Victor and his team is such a disappointment.

I will post this review perhaps 1000 times as long as i still look at my fridge and be reminded of how you treated me like a piece of **** in February or 2020 DAMAGED NOT ONLY MY FRIDGE BUT MY BED TOO. NOW ITS A FAVOR TO GET IT FIXED. SENT THEM PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER THE DAMAGED. I FIND IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND THE PART THAT ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT THEY ARE NOT THE ONE WHO WRAPPED MY STAFF, WHO ELSE MAYB? I MEAN I PAID THEM NOT ANYONE ELSE. THE QUOTE I HAVE IS FROM THEM AND THEY ARE THE ONES WHOM I GAVE THE ADDRESSES. THEY CAN REST ASSURED, I WILL FIGHT THEM TO THE END. THEY CAN KEEP THE FRIDGE AS LONG AS THEY WANT.

If you would like your belongings to be delivered and if you value your money, then this is the company to STAY CLEAR OFF. Jason as he calls himself is one of the biggest ****** I have ever dealt with. We not only lost R11 800 that we paid him to deliver a trailer in Cape Town on EXPRESS but also lost the deal due to him not delivering the trailer on time and constantly lying about delivery time and date. Total cost we lost amount to R80000 We will strongly suggest that you stay clear of doing ANY Business with this company or individual

I have made peace with the fact that I will not get my money back from these ****mers!! It is such a shame and disappointment. Pro truck movers has assisted with my first move from Bronkhorstspruit to Kempton and from Kempton to Germiston in 2021 and 2022. All was well and I was very happy with their services, expect for the last move from Germiston to Leandra!! I have arranged with Pro Truck Mowers to move my furniture on the 17th April 2023 (Monday), 2 weeks in advance. This was a short notice move. The man I spoken to said that there is no need to re-complete the inventory list due to the fact that they still have all of my information on their systems. They will just provide me with an invoice. GREAT, I did not think much about this… Fast forward to the Monday, 17th April. All was packed, ready to be loaded. I was expecting the mowers at 10am as per communication. At 11am I phoned, the first excuse - due to LS the truck is delayed. The mowers only arrived at 3pm!!!! How is a collection truck delayed for 5 hours??? (Move grom Germiston to Leandra). I asked that the move will be rescheduled to Tuesday, the 18th April (keep in mind, loading the truck takes an hour, driving takes 2hours, unloading takes another hour) I was not planning on driving or unloading at night time. All is well, the move is rescheduled. Tuesday arrives and I get a call that I should please pay the balance before they load my furniture! Excuse me???? How am I guaranteed that my furniture will not be left behind, damaged or ******? (At this time I was already back in Leandra, all my furniture was packed an clear instructions was provided to what was go and what must stay, there was no space for misunderstandings). I was fighting with Pro Truck over the balance of 50%, it was too much of a risk and I am not a gambler. This is also the first time they request the outstanding balance to be paid before delivery of furniture. Unfortunately, Pro Trick has the upper hand. They have my furniture and I have to move, so I caved, payed the other 50% R2250 before receiving my furniture. The previous night out cables was ******, we live on a farm. The signal is bad, my battery is low and there is no electricity. I struggled to get the POP for I can’t access my emails due to the signal problems. I explained this to Clinton, the so called “manager” - the manager of excuses and lies yes!! The money was not reflecting in their account but the payment was successful on my side. I explained, cried, pleaded my frustration but they refused to move my furniture unless the money reflects. This was now Tuesday at 12pm. My partner stepped in, told Clinton that he will ALSO make a payment of R2250 (50% balance) but please refund us the following week as soon as the money reflects. An hour later, all is well and my move is on its way. My most expensive furniture is damaged, scratched and broken. I am so disappointed. The truck they promised was not used for transport, insted they used a pickup kia bakkie with a venter???? Like ***!!!! I paid for a CLOSED TRUCK TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF MY FURNITURE!!! Its been now a month, we are still struggling to get the additional R2250 paid back into our accounts. I call everyday, I send and email every hour. No response and only excuses. I have phoned the company next to the location the provided on their website. The lady said they closed down last year due to their court case!! I called web masters (the people who developed their website for alternative number) they said they will look into the matter and if necessary, they will close their website. I recommended they read through HelloPeter comments to see how many people are being ****med!! I hope Charles and Clinton reads this comment! You are the most unprofessional and unpleasant people to work with!! Total ****bags

************ and Pathetic Service……..it will cost you dearly.....Not only financially but your overall wellbeing too. Do not approach this company. I would give -5 Stars if I could. This is what you should expect. A Bull****ter will come and look at your premises and all your belongings so that they can give you a quote. You’ll be straight up and say I got a quote from a company for such a truck at such a cost. You discuss two 12 meter trucks as these will provide sufficient space, and at a cost which happens to be R1k below the prior quote you received. You will be provided an Invoice, stating two 12m 16 Ton trucks , the collection dates agreed upon being the 16th and 17th Feb 2023 , with delivery at the destination on the 18th Feb. They will bully you into paying everything upfront on the premise that it is a special price and that you need to make upfront payment to secure the cost and the schedule. You renegotiate payment terms , sign on the dotted line and pay ~60% upfront with the remainder to be paid when the first truck arrives for collection. An immediate payment the following morning no less. Few weeks later you receive notification that anyone with outstanding balances will need to pay an additional 5% due to rising Fuel and Toll fees………..they expect you to pay this on the full value of the invoice irrespective of having paid 60% upfront totally disregarding the fact that you had entered into a signed agreement which specifically covers cost. You pay the outstanding balance so that you don’t have to deal with the 5% increase BS. Your living out of boxes and you receive a call on the morning 15th ……..the day prior to the move …….with a story that the party from whom they need to collect the return load had asked for a postponement of one week. You in good faith provided permission for 1 week postponement. You confirm with the representative………. all arrangements stay the same but dates moved on by one week making collection on 23rd and 24th Feb and delivery on the 25th Feb 2023. Not being kept up to date , you will follow up with ProTruck the day before the scheduled collection on the 23rd Feb , to once again be told that they wont be meeting their commitment. Having no say on the matter , new dates will be Saturday 25th and second on 26th Feb for delivery on Monday 27th Feb. How certain are you you will ask, “110% “ the Bull****ter will reply. You will also be expecting to hear from them the day before the move…but you won’t. There will be all sorts of stories all day on the 25th and the truck will eventually arrive hours late, so late in fact that you need to provide a light for them to be able to load into the evening. The truck has a ~8m load bay and total length of ~10.3m……what happened to the 12m truck, you were expecting 12m of packing space, let alone a truck that in overall length is almost 2m short. You will raise concern over the truck and you will be told to let them load it. They say you will have free blankets to wrap precious goods……………trust me……..they were probably not worthy , or enough , to properly clean my garage floor. The truck will leave to wait at a depot or truck stop for the next day’s truck to finish loading. The next morning you are asked, did you get all your household goods on. The answer will be No…..Duh……because the truck was too small. You will provide video and pics off al the goods still to go and the Bull****ter’s response will be that he underestimated how much there was to move. They will try and pawn 2 larger truck off on you at R10’s of thousands more multiple times, even after explicitly telling them……..send the other 12m truck and let it take what it can. They wont be sending you that 12m truck that you had already paid for. I am of the opinion that there is no second “12m” truck and that their intent is to BS you and force you into paying more than initially agreed upon. The one truck (surprisingly) will arrive and offload at the destination. Because of their ************ operation and pathetic service their return trip customer (if there actually was one to start off with, and this is questionable) who was waiting for their two trucks supposedly cancelled on them. And absolutely understandable I would say. All the food stuffs in your many bags and cooler boxes will perish and end up in the garbage while trying to sort out the mess with the second truck. Half your family that went to the new place along with the first truck will be left there stranded alone along with all the problems one would face moving into a new place because you could not follow suite the next day after loading the second truck. Your employee will be giving you the evil eye because you have used up and rescheduled leave on multiple occasions in one month…….. They more than a month later will still not reimburse you for the second truck you paid for and which they never sent, ……..they will imply that you pay the difference on the truck that did manage to deliver because their return trip customer had cancelled on them and that the cost difference is somehow now your problem after you were forced to pay upfront to fix cost and schedules. On another occasion I was told that I can only get 50% back because I cancelled…………….which is some more BS, this was not specified in our agreement or their terms and conditions. Dont bother trying to reach any Manager or company Director. You will get a Whatsapp only number, and the Bull****ter will unknowingly have given you two different surnames for this so-called director.
