Avoid this Supplier

Had a Centurion D5 evo gate motor kit installed by Benson Mthunzi (Mjaho Automation, subcontractor?) in February this year. A month later the problems started; the most common being that the gate automatically re-opens after closing. The obvious result is that the property is left vulnerable with the security motor gate being wide upon. Countless resets and calibrations did not do the trick. What prompted this review in particular was my brother's comment over this Easter weekend that the existing fitted rack is not the one that formed part of the Centurion D5 kit, but rather, that the old rack for the previous Gemini motor was used, and apparently customized during fitting. Upon closer inspection it also appears as though the motor could be second hand, as the cover was badly scratched and does not look new. I'm getting sick of service providers taking chances because I'm a woman who wouldn't know any better - shame on them! The issues experienced with the gate motor occurs almost daily at this point.
