A bunch of ****mers! They came to take out a piece of a broken key from the locker and was charged R2 295. They didn't even need to change the locks. The guy should have atleast given a quote before he started the job, but he obviously wouldn't as I was gonna be alarmed and not give a go-ahead. It's a total ripoff!

Pro Locks Halfway House 0726346626
Never use this company above! I locked my key inside my car on 26 December and google for a locksmith close to.me! I called a number and they got Pro Lock Locksmiths to call me. They took about an hour to get my key out and the invoice amount I had to pay was R4133. That was a *******. I told Lucas that I will never use them again and try to phone the office nr that is on the invoice but number if still unavailable. I phoned Martin at call centre who referred them to me and he saud he will contact them and come back to me but until today no reply Never use this Pro Lock in Gaiteng

None service delivery
The is a guy named mitch that comes as a very sweet man but ****s people he came to my house as someone who is coming to fix the car then decided to take another route he said 70% of the money must be sent so I sent him the 70% then next thing he decides not to fix the car he blocked me he blocked my numbers I can't get hold of him if there is a chance for him to just pay back the 3800 he took from me then we will be even he even has my car keys because he promised he will fix it but now he is talking about sueing me because I wrote a review on his work page of the experience he is giving if he can fix my car it's OK but he is doing nothing but has a very bad way of talking to me

Overpriced service
I lost my house keys and I called locksmith to come and open for me, they guy came and tried to open but he was struggling to open the burglar door, I suggested that he should climb up and open the sliding door as it easier to open and it doesn’t have the burglar bars, he climbed up and open the sliding door within 30 seconds and he got the spare keys that was inside the house, and charged 1360 just for opening the sliding doors, what a waste of money I should have called the security guard at the complex to climb for me.

Overpriced service

Lock Smith Nelspruit fly by night.
I have lost the car key and went Locksmith Nelspruit, what a bad services i ever received. I have called them telling about my dilemma, they said i must take out ignition plus the black box to them which i did. I had to get the technician to remove the ignition. I took everything to them as they requested, mind you i was stuck in Barberton. I went to them and they said i must give them two hrs which i did, not knowing this is the beginning of the problem. After collecting equipment from them i went back to where i have stuck. When the mechanic put everything back everything was a mess,the car just idled 3 seconds and it stop. I have called another electronic guy who told me those Locksmith guys they messed us everything, i had to restart the whole process with the new guy to assist me, which he did, and called locksmith tell them the mess they have done, they did not bother to apologies' they were happy just collect R1400.00 from my debit card without any service rendered. Those guys are clowns, they don`t know what they are doing, they were given franchise just to rob their clients. Its a mess!
