Parkwood nelspruit Mismanagement by the Board and the Pro-property senior employees
Am an owner at Parkwood nelspruit for the past 7 months, there was water leakage by water meter. This was reported to the care taker and the management of proproperty nelspruit branch. It is still not sorted out. But the board has written to the trustees without consultation that and addional cost for water consumption will be added to their bill. With all the leakage within the complex not being attended to surely trustees cannot be held accountable for their mismanagement of the complex.
