I am very dissapointed in Pro Quick motors. I bought a 2020 Ford Ranger 4x4 Auto in May 2022. The sales told me it was accident free and in very good condition. On facebook it looked ok. After receiving the vehicle witch they delivered to me in Klerksdorp in front of Whimpy. I signed the papers and the salesman left with my old vehicle that i traded. On my way back to Schweizer Renke we heard a noise at the back of the vehicle. I took it to a panebeater in Schweizer and he told me that the vehicle was in a huge. Accident on the left side. He gave me a report and i send it to Pro Quick. They send me a Dekra report that said their is nothing wrong with the vehicle and also said they dont see why the deal should be canceld. More problemes are apearing with the vehicle. The ABS pump is cracked and ones a week i have to pour brakefluid. Rooflining wasnt fitted correctly. Loasing bin is skew. Left front door afre market bonnet was replaced, fender left front replaced as wel as windshield. Even bodyfiller on windshield pillar. I never spoke to the owner. The salesman told me everytime he will send it through to managment. This vehicle cost me a lot of money. I can assure you that i will never deal wit Pro Quick motors again and i hope that other pttensial buyers will think before bying from them

Bought a Vehicle from Pro-Quick Motors also trading as Bakwena Motors, and it was delivered on 19 September 2022 and had a faulty automatic gearbox, it cannot select gears correctly and shudders when braking on highway speeds, this was noticed within 1 Day of delivery of the vehicle, the vehicle was returned to the dealer for assistance on 24-09-2022 as they didn’t want to collect it, Pro-Quick Motors have claimed to fix the vehicle however after investigation it was clear that it was taken to their own workshop left there for 1 week and could not be repaired. Then taken to Inner City Gearbox and they informed Pro-Quick Motors they do not work on automatic gearboxes and was left there another full week, to then be taken to Geartoria Gearbox Centre without my knowledge, it has then become known the vehicle could not be returned to me the client, as they were involved in a pricing dispute with Geartoria Gearbox Centre who has done the repair. It was more than a month and I did not have the vehicle purchased in my possession, as they did not want to pay Geartoria Gearbox Centre for the work done in full. My vehicle was being held hostage by Geartoria Gearbox Centre, due to non-payment by Pro-Quick Motors. Then after all this 2 weeks later check engine light came on and informed the General Manager – Werner after which he then Ignored my message up and until this day. Avoid them at all costs. You will regret it.

I am unable to use the car while I am still paying for the car. This quys are scam, the salesman Corne does not pick up calls and I just discovered the dealership is closing permanently. The bank has already paid them and the owner of the dealership is claiming bankruptcy. Do not do any business with this dealership, they are scammers with no morals.

Do not buy or sell your car to/ from them. Friendly and professional salesmen when you get there at fist. We bought a car from them so i asked if the car was in an accident they lied to me and said no but never the less when I got the car and the brakes was faulty and not working and had n lot of oil leaks, Ive asked them to sort out the problem and they said that its not their issue, I said to them that the consumer protection act allows me to return the car if unsatisfied. I told them I want to return the car and all of a sudden they fixed the car after I threatened them to report them to the automotive ombudsman. Please do save yourself the hassles and time of dealing with them. Their prices is good but you will end up paying more than expected, I've paid more than 30k on additional mechanical work to get the car in running condition again

Pro Quick Motors - you guys are the best in the business! Just when I gave up, being ignored, not assisted by another famous dealership in the same area, claiming they have the best customer service on radio ads etc, Pro Quick was the only dealership who immediately assisted me, attended to my request and kept me informed all the way. I managed to get finance and a beautiful car. All my concerns are attended to timeously and Grobbie is always willing to go the extra mile to keep us safe and happy. Great work guys!

Pro Quick Motors - you guys are the best in the business! Just when I gave up, being ignored, not assisted by another famous dealership in the same area, claiming they have the best customer service on radio ads etc, Pro Quick was the only dealership who immediately assisted me, attended to my request and kept me informed all the way. I managed to get finance and a beautiful car. All my concerns are attended to timeously and Grobbie is always willing to go the extra mile to keep us safe and happy. Great work guys!

This is the worst experience i have ever had in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do bot recommend that anyone buys vehicles from them as they do not mind to sell a faulty vehicle to you without disclosing that is is not 100% mechanically. They sell it as mechanically 100% but i had to report numerous problems with the vehicle after driving it 2 days. The vehicle left me next to the road as it broke down in the 1st week. I was told to sort it out with their mechanic. After massive scene that i had to put up they towed the vehicle and did a very poor job at getting it fixed. It had to go back for a 2nd, 3rd and 4th time after all the problems that they gave the vehicle to me with was mostly sorted. In this process they wanted me to pay for the repairs numerous times and as i threatened to go to the ombudsman then they agreed to pay …. Now the vehicle broke down again with the same problems as in the first week and they have been ignoring me for a week before actually taking my call!!!! I have been trying to return this vehicle as there are obviously massive problems and it is not 100% as they said when they sold it to me. The manager had a arrogant attitude as he told me that i can try and i will not get anywhere with the case and that he refuses to take the vehicle back!!!! I am now currently busy with MIOSA to take this matter further as i had enough…

Absolute worst place ever. Biggest scam I have ever dealt with. After one month my vehicle is still not settled after I have asked almost every day for it to be done. They’ve had the vehicle for a month on the floor but didn’t settle it and the installment went off. The Ford Ranger I bought is stuffed. Leaking oil and the engine sounds like it is falling apart. Worst of all is that the mileage was turned back by more than 100000km!! How on earth do you do business like this?? Stay far away
