Appalling service!

Shocking service. He came out, diagnosed a problem with our fridge, arranged to order the required part & then completely ghosted us. Multiple messages just went unanswered. Eventually found someone else to fix the fridge. If for some reason you are unable to complete the job, at least have the decency to inform the client!
