Non existent service

Have you ever heard the term daylight *******. Well here is a perfect example. Had a Smeg dishwasher not heating water so assumed element. Smeg put me on to these guys and had a burned wire which they repaired but my element was fine. I insisted on buying a new element just to play it safe. When part arrived it looked used and ends were shorter. Anyway i trusted them and they fitted part but i still kept my old part in case of future issues. Now 4 weeks later and my pump which sits right next to element is super noisy and needs replacing but i am sure the element has cooked it. Got hold of owner and said he would send someone on Monday its now Wednesday and no responce. I will def never use them again and lodge a complaint with SMEG.
