Pointed with a firearm by truck driver
Guys we just had a incident with a truck driver driving in the emergency lane, we cut him off cause it is a emergency lane for a reason. The driver got out of the truck and got a firearm out of his truck at the back, and we sped off. We phoned the company and spoke to a lady as well as a guy by the name of Mohamed.... They told us we can do as we please we were in the wrong and started swearing me and my husband. I dont know where else to report it, but i am going to every single group i have to report them. If there was a real emergency in front of us, If there was a real emergency in front how would any EMS get through????

Pointed with a firearm by truck driver

Quality Non Existing - Wasted my money
<p>The service received was terrible. Cassie and his team should not be allowed on any roof.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can rather go for the most expense quote you can find, and you will still save money. The cost of repairing this company’s bad workmanship has been more than the quote itself.</p> <p> </p> <p>They state to have many years experience repairing roofs, but I would rather state they have many years experience in hiding **** work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Installing broken tiles and pushing them together so that you don't notice it. Until the rain comes. Now I have ceiling as well as wooden floor damage.</p> <p>They broke so many tiles, but replaced it with different tiles where you don't notice it at first. Looks worse than before.</p> <p>Installing tiles upside down???? Who in his right mind would to this?</p> <p>Installing quick fixes to make your roof look straight. </p> <p>There is now more paint on the pavement than on the barge boards.</p> <p>Prepare to have your plants ruined by them</p> <p>Job takes 1 month that was quoted by him and others as a quick fix.</p> <p>Promise to repair but never return.</p> <p>These people cannot waterproof a roof if their lives depended on it. Further damage.</p> <p>The barge boards are now in a worse state now than before they started.</p> <p> </p> <p>You have been warned. Please contact me if you would like to discuss.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Worst service delivery ever
Cassie from Pro-Roofers will ignore your calls and deliver sub-standard goods. He installed gutters to our house that leaks on ever corner and water runs over the sides. I regret using his services and urge you to keep looking since your are guaranteed disappointment.

Did not complete the work - refuses to return
Pro Roof were called in to rectify roof truss mess caused by two previous separate Carpenters. Pro Roofers have been paid the asked R35000 but for R1750 still due. Pro Roofers work was really not good but with rains imminent we could no longer keep telling them what to correct. In general we felt their work was sub-standard and not at what was expected from \professional roofers". Example - not fitting undertile flashing down the full extent of a roof extension. Resulted in serious leaks during the rains. We had to incur additional expense to get another contractor in to fix. The one valley installed by Pro Roofers spills water off the one side of the valley in severe rains and into the house and onto the ceiling. We now need to call a second contractor in to fix this mess as well. Cassie of Pro Roofers has made promises to return to site but as yet never has"

DO NOT USE PRO ROOFERS IN JOHANNESBURG. <br> <br> Kassie Dietrichsen is the owner of this enterprise and screens your calls when you ask them to come and either remove, repair or replace gutters him and his team fitted to your house. They have been back to my house over 4 times, and cannot seem to fix the leaking gutters, damage to our roof, and other damages to the property due to their poor service. Furthermore, they moved roof tiles, which caused thousands of rands worth of water damage in our house during the rain season. <br> <br> Other people we know have complained of roof damage, poor paint jobs and overall appalling service. In addition, Kassie will even describe in detail how he has impending lawsuits due to his poor service, after he did a poor job to your house to evoke sympathy. JHB, you have been warned! Let us not give this pathetic company another job to do.<br>
