Refund request
I app**** for a loan R1000 I think it was on the 22 March it was a Thursday if I'm not mistaken I got the mandate the following week on a Monday which I accepted seeing that it's almost payday I emailed them requesting for the loan to be canceled because it's now the 25 and the loan is not paid and I'm getting paid on the 27 on the Friday they debited R1400 from my account I emailed them they don't reply to emails, WhatsApp, calls I'm waiting for a refund it's almost a month now reported them on smalls claims tried reporting them on ombudsman I will never recommend anyone to do business with them
