Unhappy customer

Prosper sent someone feom alberton saying he is a technician. The guy came and collected my Samsung smart TV with R2200 deposit for the replavement of the screen and he said it will only take him a day. I am ****med because they never returned my TV and they are also not answering my whassap messages. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they are ****mers.
