Fraud

Despite a previous good review while working with Thulane (who delivered wonderfully and who I would work with again), unfortunately, we are still owed more than R24 000 by this company and it's been months. We did not receive half of the requested documents even though we paid premium. To this day, after months and months of waiting and enquiring, we neither have our documents nor our refund. Nolo constantly has excuses and asks for extra money to ensure swift delivery of documents which then never materialize. If you actually want to get your documents and not lose thousands of rands, then don't use this company. I know the desperation many feel when trying to get these documents, as that is exactly how we felt, but you'd be better off using another company or simply trying to do it yourself so that you don't end up without your documents and your money.
