Probe Corp very poor aftersales service on Kilowattlabs super caps
I gave in 4 Sirius Kilowattlabs super capacitors for repair in 2022 already. All of them had much reduced capacity at about 30% of their specification. It is 2026 now and they are still not back. Really a useless company. Avoid this company and product at all cost.

She greeted me with a smile and with her team at the sales counter I was helped quick and efficient. I will refer Probe Batteries to anybody who is looking for good quality products and service. *********, dishonourable business conduct and service. STAY AWAY
All I can say is that this is a DOUBLE *** company who is ********* and dishonourable. I bought a Probe battery for my home backup generator and within it's warranty period the battery failed and would not charge. I took the battery to their offices and had to "keep it" for testing. I followed up and was told that there was no sticker on the batter which was an oversight on their part as all batteries have a sticker on it. I was informed that because of this that they couldn't honour the warranty even though it was an oversight on their part. ***. Why didn't one of their highly trained staff inform me this when I booked the batterey in? Why waste my time by having me drive 2x trips to their offices to collect a battery that they knew from the beginning would not be covered. 2x trips to their offices for nothing other than wasting my time. On booking the battery in, I dealt with a friendly lady who mention to me that the sticker was missing and the battery was covered under the warranty and she would sort it out and make a plan. Only to follow up and be told that the battery was not covered. Very confusing since it was their fault / oversight. The best part is when I go collect the battery, it now has a sticker on it indicating that the battery is actually older and out of warranty. THIS IS CALLED BLATANT AND ********* BUSINESS CONDUCT. I am in the motor industry and daily I tell people NOT to go near to a probe battery. Stay with the ethical and honest big guys who don't need to lie to stay in business. Rather stay with Willard or any proper brand name product. Forget about Probe Batteries. THEY USELESS and a bunch of ****s who wont think twice to rip you off. SHAME ON YOU PROBE BATTERIES. DO NOT buy Probe Batteries or else you will lose your job
Their battery damaged my vehicle and they got me fired from my job, to date they have not compensated me. They having been interfering in my CCMA case. Now I can not support my family. I will approach social media if they continue this abuse. violation of CPA and POPI Act. Worst treatment ever. I have whatsapp messages as proof from their manager. The company has hired an expensive attorney at the CCMA to use Probe information which is *******. After 31years of democracy, their ,managers still mistreat customers.

Probe 652 car battery
I have bought two probe batteries brand new for two of my cars thinking that i made a good choice as it carried a two year warranty, the biggest mistake as in my opinion it has been nothing but problems even after getting a replacement, i was told that if Im not using the car the battery will die in 3 days so i should disconnect did that, gues what **** battery thenn needed to be charged. Both of the batteries including the brand new replacement has been ****.... Please anyone choosing to buy a brand new battery let this not be even thaught off.

Probe 652 car battery
