Professional Nail & Beauty in Centurion are very rude to clients. They are so unprofessional in terms of communicating with clients. They send me two products after sending them a message that I only needed one item. When I called they told me that the email they had used to confirm my order is no longer working, however I didn't not receive anything to show that the email is no longer working. I requested to return 1 item I do not need for refund and was told they can't refund me but they can exchange. And I don't want anything for exchange since I only ordered a hair dye. The person on the phone couldn't care or show any sympathy. He said I can't just return it to any store since they are franchises. I said then I will return it to Centurion were my order was picked but he still refuses to refund me. If you don't want any unpleasant online shopping, please do not buy from Professional Nail & Beauty Centurion.

Ardell professional, Nail addict nails are not reliable at all, they barely lasted 6hours after purchasing them for R159, what a waste of my money, first the glue doesn't dry up quickly and the decor on the nails fall of the the nails follow suit, this is very disappointing as these nails were used for a short period of time but didn't live up to the occasion!

I have been a agent for PNB for the last 3+ years. I have send so many emails regarding Covid and the fact that we stay I a Holliday town Port Alfred. They did bring in a new rule now that you cant place orders below R5000. So every order must be R5000 and up. Impossible in these times. So today I placed a order just to get told. You no longer qualify as a agent due to you low purchasing. You can order online.... how convenient so now I must pay the price I am selling it for. Then I can just tell my customers to order direct from there online store ridiculous. We livving in tough times trying to make a living. So now just another business closing there doors. I asked them for a refund list. I want to send all the stock on hand back to them and I want a cash refund. Pathetic that's all i can say. To the other age ts heads up. They are working all the agents out so they can only run an online store.
