The Mattress Warehouse came highly recommended; they did not disappoint. We visited the branch in Bellville. We were greeted and assisted by Adrian; who answered every question and put a Mother (purchasing her toddlers first big boy mattress) at ease. We decided on the Strandmaster Dream Safe Mattress. Even though we were 2 days away from Christmas we were offered next day and FREE delivery. Justin and Bradley called to confirm delivery and kept me posted along the way. My sons cute little mattress was delivered. Justin and Bradley friendly and courteous as they arrived. This was a big moment for us and the staff added value to it. Thank you
<p>I work in the TFG building and last night I realised that the security of Parow Centre, not even they look out for the interests of their customers. Last night 14 June 2016 my at 8:20pm myself and my friend went to watch a movie. Just after 10pm we walk out to find that his car had been clamped. The parking attendant said the security is over there and called for him to come over and speak to us. This guy (who I have a picture of) stands and looks at us like a robot. Now this makes me think of what a friend said "security act so badly when they think they have one up on you". This guy stares at us and does not respond to me when I asked why the wheel was clamped. He then opens his mouths speaks so ugly to us and says "go up there to central management". I said excuse me and he goes on to say "is you going". Wow! I asked for his name and he just said why why. and a lady next to him ended up saying his name. We went up to central management. We stood at the door. Two security guys walked passed us, did not acknowledge us at all. Then one comes out saying you must come here! Now these are the people you hire. No manners at all. But we proceeded without saying anything to him. A security in a maroon uniforms asks why we here. We explained and he said have a seat. We were wound up completely. We both worked late but managed to go out and this is how our night ends. So of course we wouldnt sit down. We paced aorund and my friend even walked closer inside as the security would not tell us what he was doing and why the wheel was clamped. When the one security guy came back in her saw my friend walking closer to the entrance of the security office. He says "bra you mus not go there" He walks closer to my friend in anger and says "you must move". My friend explained that we were not provided answers and the security guy in maroon was not responding to us. I spoke in anger and being annoyed at this situation. I told the man to stop being rude, stop speaking to us as if we've committed a crime. But how do you speak to close and simple minded people. I took a picture of this guy and he said 'you will see what I'll do with that phone I will break it and break your kneck. I have a video of how this guy acted. Again Parow |Centre I ask you, hop do you recruite people? In essence the reason they took long was because they waited for the police to come. My friends wheel was clamped in the 'same' spot before one morning. Noiw he acknowledged he parked his car there as there is no secure parking and he needed to. Now I know you don't care but many people do the same and park there. Fine we understood the charge. The security are accusing my friend of damaging their clamp and they have this on camera. I remember this day. My sister called me (she and my friend travel together) to ask if I was still at work yto pick them up. the wheel was clamped but the clamp was not secure so they were confused as to what was happening. They then got a lift home with friends. After my friend came from soccer he went to check on his car. And again saw the clamp was not secure. He was literally able to remove it without hav9ing to break it. Now anyone in there right mind who sees this will do the same. The security guys were not even there to assist or provide him answers. And now I see why experiencing what I did last night. Those guys are rude and violent. When the police got there., all the security guys came around and spoke in their language accusing without allowing us to see footage. Now again we understand the charge. But who treats people like that. Ome guy even called me stupid because I took a video. If only he knew the power that has. They continued to shout as us and speak in their language to the police. My friend was take to the police station. As we walked out the one guy who called me stupid pushed me. I looked at him and told him I will be back. The police did not even do anything. Those people are the ones you hire. When I say those people I dont mean colour or race. I mean rude, incompenet, ugly, disrespectful people you have hired. I frequent this centre and this was not even my issue but I was treated like a criminal. When my friend was taken away I walked down to the movie entrance those security guys stood there and blocked my way. So of course because I was threatened by YOUR people I did not go closer, but walked all the way around to Spur's entrance and called for a lift. I was followed by the security as well. I will lay a charge against those guys today. I want their names. So someone from your department will assist with this and tell me what will be happening about the above. Not the charge but how I as a customer and being at TFG memeber who use to work in your building recently be fore moving over to Stanley lewis centre; was treated. Something needs to be done especially to those guys. I will continue to let people know about this situation and will post those pictures on social media.</p>
<p>My dad passed away about two months ago. A life altering experience I would not wish on anyone. We as a family (my mom and two sisters) are grieving. We lost the rock, the glue to our family. The man who has done more for us than I can ever repay and now will not have the opporunity to. My dad passed away due to a sudden heart attack. He was healthy. Nothing could have prepared us for this. My dad took out a policy with you LIBERTY. And we sent all documents needed as specified by YOU, two weeks ago Monday the 30th of May. I called 4 days later and was told everything is there, that just one document needed to be resent as the scan was unclear. As annoyed as I was at the fact that no one told myself or my mom this at all. I left work the morning to find the hard copies at home and gave it to an consultant. I thought this would be better, even though I was told the first time everything needed was received. The next day I called again and was told the claim is in pending status. The agent does not know why but will call me after 2pm that friday and find out. NOTHING no calls at all. How incompetent is your call centre. I've worked in one during my studies and never did I let a customer go on the phone without getting them the answers they needed. No one calls to provide any information thereafter. Now we lost my dad, My mom, sister (intern)and I have to get to work everyday and push through. My sister is studying and she has to push through. Liberty what have you done for my dad, you have not taken care of his family in his passing. We are struggling. Before my dad left us he and my mom were finally finacially stable to buy a house. But this did not happen. Luckily I am now permanent, mom mom is studying and working. We decided to find a place together. We finally had an opportunity but only because of the claim payout (as deposit), that my dad left US, that he made sure to have for us. We lost that opporunity because there was no assurity of the claim from you. No one called us, no one said our claim is being seen to. No one called to show sympathy for their clients passing. In what world are you a leading finacial services provider. In a monetry value, because its not that you care for your clients and those they leave behind. This pressure and struggle we are having from you is affecting our daily lives and morning of my dads life. Yesterday you send us forms that needs to be completed by a doctor. Why weren't these forms provided to us so that we could of had those filled in the same time as the others and obtaining the Death Certificate. Why does this process feel endless. You've already taken so much, and still this process seems endless. You are unfair. Your services will never be recommended by any of us. I am posting my complaint as I do not have faith in your contact system. I know how these complaints are seen to and I'm sure you have some perpared responses saved somewhere and will just copy the one most suited to my complaint; just as every other business does. But I want a HUMAN BEING to answer me and correct all this. The pain should not have to come from having to claim after loosing my Dad, this process should have been easy and settled soon without us having to worry and living in financial struggle. I pray we will get the assistance we deserve, what my Dad thought YOU will give us.</p>
