<p>This is a 2nd review to a 2 part story that involves Global risk management an insurance broker company and SMI transport a company responsible for rear ending my vehicle while I was stationary at a red robots. On the first review I wrote of how they made promises to fix my car, after weeks and weeks of one-sided haggling and chasing up on my part, I was fed up and wrote on Hello Peter. Thereafter they contacted me told me to send my car to the panel beaters, a panel beater called finesse panel beaters on point road. I was very satisfied and even commented on the first review saying how pleased I was that they got back to me, only to find out 2 weeks later that my car was sitting at the panel beaters for 2 weeks untouched because they were STILL waiting for authorisation from Rashaad Vahed and Salmaan Noorgat. Authorisation that Rahsaad said was given already before telling me to send my car to the panel beaters. Rashaad Vahed does not reply to my mails, he only calls because he does not want to incriminate himself I assume. Little does he know that I have now collected phone records of our conversations as legal proof because I intend to take this matter to court. For all the time, effort money and emotional distress I have wasted on this matter. I will now get my insurance company to fix my car and claim from SMI but not before discrediting SMI and Global risk management for incompetence, underhanded and frankly shady dealings in fixing my vehicle. </p>
<p>My name is Kazi Cele, I was stationary at the robots of Solomon Mahlangu Dr when a SMI delivery vehicle collided with me on the rear end of my car on the 30/04/16 at 12:15.</p> <p> I then was put in contect with "Global risk management" who are brokers that deal with the repairs of my vehicle. I spoke with Salmaan Noorgat, a senior broker who has not responded to my emails since four weeks ago on the 06/05/16. No progress has been made since he told me it would take 7 working days to approve my claim and, it is now 13 working days with no progress. I constantly call him to follow up on my claim and he couldn't even provide me with a proper claim number that I could use at reference all he gave me was the date of the incident as a reference and i could not use that at all! When I do call he he says that I am a 3rd party and so it takes longer and my question is why? Why because I (the victim of the incident) am the LEAST at fault yet I am the one calling constantly and chasing up. He also says to me it takes 3 months! and I refused that! because i should be given a car to use temporarily if that is the case and he (Salmaan) brushed off my request. </p> <p>Each day that goes by my car rusts and I’m concerned about additional damage that is not on the current quote. I even went as far as telling him to reply to my emails or I would go to Hello Peter and still there is no response.
