<p>It’s a well-known fact that in general, service delivery in South-Africa is not highly rated and client service rated poor. However, fortunately there are shops, businesses and institutions that are not the norm as they will bent backwards in service delivery and do value their customers. Such a place in Silverton radiators in 188a Eloff Ext SE St, Johannesburg</p> <p>My daughter, who lives in Jhb, realized she had a leak in her vehicles fuel tank a day before she flew to the Cape for business purposes. As a father, I want to assist in getting her car fixed. As I live in Potchefstroom and I don’t know anybody in Johannesburg, it means I have to take a day’s leave and drive to Jhb to take her car to a workshop for repairs.</p> <p>Due to the good services I experiences in the past from Potchefstroom Siverton radiators when they repaired my 4x4’s fuel tank, I contacted Silverton radiators in Eloff str, Jhb as they are the nearest to my daughters residence. I spoke to Johann Morris, the owner and explained my predicament. Johann offered to fetch my daughter’s vehicle at her home, fixed it and will return it to her home before she returns from the Cape. As promised, Johann did just that.</p> <p>I want to thank Johann and congratulate him and his workshop with this excellent service which went beyond as what is reasonable expected from a dealer. I wish many other businesses will follow your work ethics and commitment in assisting clients.</p>
<p>Once again I had to make use of HiTek panel beaters in Potchefstroom after an idiot drove into my daughter and speeded away. Fortunately I caught him 24 hours later. </p> <p>I would like to commend HiTek for:</p> <p>- The way they handled the claim between the insurance parties.</p> <p>- The standard of work done</p> <p>- The continuous update via sms on the progress of my vehicle</p> <p>- After care to ensure the client is happy with the work done.</p> <p>Keep up the good customer service and technical standards.</p> <p>Happy customer</p>
