Pathetic service

<p>I have been at the pharmacy at least 5 times for my montly prescription of pills, everytime they do no have the relevant stock . Yesterday I went to collect my pills at the pharmacy and paid the amount due, when I got home not all the pills were there. The person who assisted me, Riaan, was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I requested Riaan to please give my prescription back as they do not have the pills in stock that I require and he refused. He gave me a copy of my prescription which I will not be able to use at any pharmacy unless I revert back to Riaan as he is the only one with the original copy. How am I suppose buy pills from City-Kem Pharmacy if they do not have the pills I require which costs over R 2000 a month!! And I cannot revert to any other pharmacy for assistance! Does any one know as to what can be done? I cannot proceed like this, I need all the pills listed on my prescription.</p>
