No client relationship. Just wanted a quote for replacing a side mirror. Still waiting for the quote
<p>I paid up my account two months ago, and ask the cashier to close my account.</p> <p>Last month I received a text message stating that I need to pay my account. After phoning the call centre to try and sort out my problem, one of the call centre clerks told me that the money I owe is for Club privliges. From the day I opened my account I have never signed up for VIP privilige of magazines.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told the agent that I will not pay any money for something I did not received or used. I even told the agent that they must make a note on my account that I will not pay the money. This month again I received a message that I must pay my account. I phone the call centre and spoke to Emmanual Murwanthi and also explain to him that I did not subscribe to anything from Edgars. I even asked him to put me through to a manager so that I can sort this out. I promised me that I will ask the manager to phone me back. Nothing happen.</p> <p>I want this sorted because Edgars will blacklist my name for something I did not received or bought from Edgars. I will even go so far as to go to a attorney if they are not going to sort this out.</p> <p>I want other clients to be aware that Edgars let them pay for things that they never bought of received from Edgars.</p> <p> </p>
