Is this company ethical?
Waited for over a year now - June 2025 - to receive a level 5 ECD graduation certificate. Shunted from pillar to post, shlepping to Boksburg to collect it. Told that the EDTP SETA must 'authorise and stamp' the certificate, but nothing has been done. The SETA and Edu Build are prejudicing my employment because SACE will not register as an ECD practitioner based solely on the academic transcript. The DHET, QCTO, SACE endorse this business by their logos present on Edu Build's homepage. I demand what I worked hard for - and paid for in full, in advance of taking the level 5 course. Prove to me Edu Build, that you are not a bogus organisation with no principles and no ethics. I await your response.

Ethical and outstanding service
To Charmaine and colleagues, Thank you very much for the careful attention you gave to honouring the guarantee/warranty of our carpet washer. Having bought this fairly pricey equipment from another company, I was amazed at your excellent service, but more importantly perhaps, you and your company's outstanding ethical behaviour. At no cost to me, you dispatched a courier to collect the machine. You repaired the faulty motor and returned the carpetwasher to my front door. Would that more companies were as ethical and fair-minded as yours!

Sefako Makgato Health Sciences University disorganisation, isensitivity and carelessness
My son applied to the University in 2021 and was subsequently notified that he was offered a provisional place in first year to study Medicine. He is a graduate of Wits with a degree in Health Sciences. When he submitted his degree certificate he received an e-mail bluntly stating that the University had 'made a mistake' in notifying applicants of their provisional placement offer. Such arbitrary carelessness and indifference is unacceptable! No account is taken of the devastating effect of the disappointment experienced. The University is not contactable. Website links don't work. I am incensed by the insensitivity of the University's communication and want a proper explanation for its behaviour. I wish to appeal the decision to withdraw the provisional offer of a place for my son.

MiWay excellence re Masilo
I called Miway to arrange replacement of a cracked windscreen. I first spoke with Masilo who was very quick to answer my call and was just as efficient at taking the appropriate information from me. In fact, he located me on his computer before I had finished giving my full ID number. Regrettably, another incoming call to me caused me to cut Masilo off. I saw later that he must have tried twice to call me back but he didn't get through. I commend him most highly.
