<p>Impressed by Princeton Security. Had a new alarm installed by them today. Pleased with everything, the technicians, the sales and the admin.</p>
<p>I have asked to terminate my contract with ADT. They say my system is rented and that they must come remove it before handing over to another service provider. There is no evidence of such and they have provided none. They emailed me a contract between myself and Secupro who temporarily took over the maintenance of the system (which I paid in full for each time they came to service the alarm system). This is a maintenance contract and I cannot see anywhere on this contract which states that the system is rented. I have always paid in full for maintenance and my paperwork does not state that the system is rented and I have never paid a rental fee, that I am aware of.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now ADT are not communicating with me except to try and keep me as a customer (!) and there are 3 days to go before the end of the month. </p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly, ADT are charging over R6K for the installation of 2 sensors, which the ADT technician said replaced two which had been incorrectly specified earlier (by ADT). </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
