<p>I have been a patient of Mr Myburg's for 8 years now. and never had a problem before. I had my caps done by him when i was 14 and only replaced it at the age of 22.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am now 23 year old (April 2016) and went to re-do all 6 my caps for the first time in Dec 2015. I sent 2 of my colleagues there aswell to do the same and they came out to be happy and have no problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 weeks after my caps was redone, the one came off while eating a burger, they replaced it without any additional costs, 1 week after that, it came off again and when i called to make another appointment i was told that it is within the 1 month period so no additional fees will be charged, I then went in to have it fixed, and after that was done i got a bill of R568.00.When i refused to pay it i was told that i have to as the lady i was speaking to didnt hear when i asked if there will charges for it, she just answer my question saying no it will not apply.</p> <p> </p> <p>You would think that being such a long term client, you would actually be treated better and the reception staff will be honest enough to admit that they made a mistake!! At the time I was a single mother living off a very small salary so that amount of money was alot for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>i personally will never advise anyone to go there ever again and i will not go back there!!! Oh and serprise... my cap fell off again this week... but i will rather pay that money to have another dentist take them all off and put on new ones and pay that R3500.00 AGAIN than go back there ever again!!!</p> <p> </p>
