Service Excellance From The Mother-City-Car-Company
Never before have I had the pleassure of having had such a service experience that exceeded my expectations beyoung my wildest imagination. Art is an exceptional guy that delivers on all his promises. He has a great persona and as the saying goes you enter as a customer and part as a freind! Art is that guy. I have purchased my wheels it was delived safely to Gauteng and hope to have and enjoy many years of driving pleasure. Thanks Art for the journey and experince that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Hoping our paths cross again in the future. You can purchase from the Mother City Car Company with your eyes closed and enjoy the journey..... Service per eccellenza

Thanks For Nothing - Can't Complain About The Service There Isn't Any!
<p>So I get a call back after a web enquiry within 24 hours....That said it was on a Sunday, Great! Later that day get another call to ask if a sales person had made contact... Yes! Great!... SO FAR SO GOOD. So two days later the sales person "Stanley's" his name phones me back to say that they have prices for me on the two cars I want to trade-in for a specific demo on their floor a Fortuner 2.5D-4D Grey 2015 Model for R359,000.00. I ask Stanley to phone me back on the landline to which he agrees. Well no returned call thank you Stanley but here is where the @#$& begins!!! So I phone tell me to hold on and then puts another person on the line by the name of Jacque who continues to give me ridiculous prices on the two trades-ins. None the less I continue to enquire about the demo as I was prepared to pay cash and ask for his best price.... SO FAR SO GOOD YES!!! NO,NO, NO they sold the demo and thought I'd GO AWAY IF THEY OFFER ME A RIDICULOUS PRICES ON MY TRADE-IN'S!! PATHETIC TOYOTA BLOEMFONTEIN PATHETIC. So want to buy a Fortuner but best I think twice about this. WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ORANJE TOYOTA BLOEMFONTEIN.... YOU WILL NOT BE SEEING ME EVER!!!</p>
