Don't trust Fly and Brake-your-car!!!
Vehicle was not washed and cleaned. When I went through the tollgate to Dbn and adjusted my rear view mirror, the whole housing came off. How the hell did you get that right Fly and Park? When I contacted Shirley she arrogantly replied that any discrepancies was supposed to reported immediately before the vehicle leaves the terminal. Who checks every little thing on the vehicle??? Be warned, you are taking a huge risk. Next time I would rather pay extra and know my car is safe... Cheers Fly and Brake-your-car!!!

Falsely blamed for chip on windscreen.
The vehicle was booked for 16h00 but it was only 'ready' at 18h00. Your office employees had so many excuses it sounded like a rhyme that they repeat over and over. The vehicle was full of dents, scratches and it will take me an hour if we had to mark and list all the dents. The car park is not very well lit so all the dents and scratches can not been seen. The windscreen also had chips. On our return inspection, the person showed me that there was a 3rd chip on the windscreen. But it was already there when we took the vehicle. Definitely the low point of our weekend.

Don't buy from Stop Shop
<p>I bought a Sat Nav for my VW and from the beginning the unit gave me problems. I returned the unit and they recommend that I install a booster airial so that the radio can at least work properly. What BS! Why do I need to install something in a 2014 model car so that the radion can work. There was other problems that their technicians could not "pick-up". To return the unit is a nightmare, it's easier to get a date with Miss South Africa! You have to apply to return the unit and then you need to take photo's of the unit and give them the original installtione sertificate. The unit looks great but does not ****ion like it should. Be warned!!!</p>
