<p> am very upset, I have been stuggling with a refund from Myslimkind for the November 2016 boxes. In January they said they would pay but I never received my money. Then they said but they did pay me and I asked for the proof of payment for my bank can not help me without it. They gave me an outsourced creditcard company pay run. That info means nothing to me! The company claimed that they did pay. MySlimKind CONFIRMED that there was something wrong and the payment did not go through AND that I was not the only customer whom's payment did not go through. I have emailed my statements to them to see, I have been following up like crazy and no suddenly when I reply on an email that was send to me in Feb, I keep on getting notifications that the email can not be delivered. If this is what happens to one of the filiates of MEDIA 24 - MY SLIM KIND, then I am sorry to say but be warned that this is what happens to their customers. This is unacceptable</p>

<p>I ordered items from the Grabit Online Store. Later (estimating a week) I received the parcel, just to find that the most expensive item is not in the parcel. There is no number that you can contact them on. I have send many many e-mails and only twice recieved an auto raply stating they will contact me within 24 hours. Still nothing. I'm very unhappy, just respond and say listen we will send the item or refund me. I am starting to think the are a dodgy online shop!</p>
