It’s been a month of struggling with Vuma WiFi , tried calling countless times without getting them, can even use a cellphone. Im even thinking of cancelling everything , they even increased the payment but network is sooo bad,i mean what is the use of customer care it you don’t get help
It’s been weeks struggling with connection, it’s like we’re paying for something we’re not using
I bought a box of BOSTON cappuccino on the 01/05 with 10 sachets inside, and it’s best before date was 14/04, unfortunately I couldn’t return it to the store as i was traveling to a different province, I know it might be the packer’s fault but i was so disappointed.
I have been using vuma from late last year , connecting has been good , last month got a message saying the subscription is going up, and now the connection is bad even when i restarted the router still the same , when you no one answers, this is frustrating
I purchased volkano earpods in December, and one was not working, matter reported i had to return them which also took some time due to December holidays,i had to go drop them in the store, in January, got the communication that they were fixed i went to fetch them bc again, they’re still not working this time both
On Sunday the 08t of December, i went to pep in Sam Ntuli mall to pexi , when i got there the security guard gave me attitude saying paxi is not working, and i asked how long has it been down, still with attitude she said go ask at the counter, i get to the counter nobody seemed to know about the system being down, however the lady with the name tag Jabulile decided to be very rude spoken harshly.
I Bought an Iphone 11 on the 18th i went in the branch did all the payments, However they dis not have the stock on the phone were receiving stock the following day,and was told it will be delivered, did the follow up on Tuesday and was told stock will arrive on Wednesday followed up again Wednesday with no response , i called on Friday and was told she forgot about my order but will send the phone to courier, I didn’t wait long as it have arrived today the 25th, but im not happy there is a space between the screen and the back of the phone called and sent the picture and was told they will call back again, and there’s a number i need to call.
McDonald in gandhi square , have the poor customer service, Wednesday I went there to grap something to eat, i stood on the queue where by i was the only one buying, however three cashiers didn’t pay any attention to me , but continued with their chat, i even asked if they were busy, paid and went to sit down, 10 minutes passed 20 minutes passed after 25 minutes waiting for my order i go to them and tell them I’ve been waiting for my order for more than 20 minutes, the answer i got was, the system was switched off and there was nothing we could do,, no apology whatsoever, they just continued as nothing happened
Im not happy with how things are done at eastgate istore, there was a combo for iPhone 11 2 pf them on a contract for 749, just yesterday when my brother went to check for the deal it was available on the system tot when i went there i was told they dot have a deal, i was taken for a fool, unfortunately we didn’t take the agent’s name, this is very poor service
I had the best experience at Istore Eastgate today, from the first guy I spoke to I didn’t get his name , he transferred me to the lady called Thandeka, even though we couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with my phone but, she went all out, she tried everything . I can’t stop praising her customer service, she was friendly. Many thanks
